What’s the difference between a new request and a pickup?

A new request involves developing fresh creative elements, such as new artwork, resizing, new images, or updated copy.
A pickup is based on an existing project and requires only minor adjustments, like a legal year update or a change in prescriptive copy. It does not involve the creation of new creative materials.
Why are mandatory fields important?

The mandatory fields are important because it provides all the necessary information in order to properly kick off the project.
What happens after I submit the form?

After submission, the request will be placed into the ClickUp queue. Within one to three business days, your submission will be reviewed and initiated for a proper kickoff.
Can I cancel or make changes to my submission after I’ve sent it?

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your submission, reach out to your designated project manager.

Can I still submit work orders through Jira?

Jira will no longer be the platform for submitting work orders. ClickUp will be the new platform for this purpose.
