A new request involves developing fresh creative elements, such as new artwork, resizing, new images, or updated copy.
A pickup is based on an existing project and requires only minor adjustments, like a legal year update or a change in prescriptive copy. It does not involve the creation of new creative materials.
The mandatory fields are important because it provides all the necessary information in order to properly kick off the project.
After submission, the request will be placed into the ClickUp queue. Within one to three business days, your submission will be reviewed and initiated for a proper kickoff.
